Snapz, Toyota and the Toronto Auto Show

The Snapz custom built Toyota photo booth launched at the Toronto Auto Show on February 13th.

Users sit on auto seats inside of the booth and choose 1 of 3 Toyota vehicles for their photo.  They are able to immediately upload their image to social media or send to email using uploading stations located near the machine. Images are presented in slide show format on a large screen monitor for auto show attendees to enjoy.

Snapz & Purina

Nestle Purina hired Snapz for an activation at the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association trade show in Toronto from January 29 until February 1. Users were able to upload their images using uploading stations located near the machine.

One of the great features of all styles of Snapz machines is that they can be branded to look like they belong to the client. The traditional style machine’s exterior and interior as well as monitor, print outs, and social uploading stations can feature client artwork and logos. The Snapz open air machines can also be branded and users can pose against custom backdrops or step and repeats.

Snapz Photo Booth & GIFs

As an innovator in the photo booth world, Snapz Photo Booth has been offering GIFS and GIF projection to their clients for several years.

GIFS are four images played back as a short video clip. The GIFS can be projected, uploaded to social media, and printed out as cards or strips in various layouts. Different overlays can be placed over the images for added effect.

We have two open air style machines that are ideal for GIFS. One is ideal for close up shots while the other accommodates full body or waist level shots.

Snapz & Toyota

On January 5th Snapz and Saatchi and Saatchi signed an agreement for a five Canadian city auto show special booth build for Toyota. An enclosed cabinet will be fitted with auto seats. Images will be taken against a green screen backdrop making users appear to be driving the Toyota concept car through various landscapes. Images will be projected on screens within the Toyota trade show set up. Users will be able to instantly upload images to social platforms. The Snapz booth will travel with the auto show within its own case.

Snapz & Sprouts

A Snapz open air activation was set up at the grand opening of the new organic cafe, Sprouts, in Gaviidae on December 10. Users posed in front of a custom backdrop for four images that printed on one of four different coupons. Images spun over coupons casino slot style and landed above one for print out. Coupons were easily removed from print out with perforated edge tear off. Head on over to Sprout’s for a delicious salad made with farm fresh ingredients!

Fa La La La

The first week of December brought with it a wave of fabulous holiday parties. Snapz had traditional activations at the Bachelor Farmer for Sapient Nitro on December 3rd, The Spoke Club for Hugo Boss on December 4th, Saatchi and Saatchi on December 4th, Loft Raum for High Road Communications on December 4th, The Trump Hotel for Davis LLP on December 5th, The Marriott Southwest for Starkey Hearing on December 6th, and Le Treport for The Home Depot on December 7th.

Snapz & Cavalcade of Lights

Two traditional Snapz booths were at the Great Gulf sponsored Cavalcade of Lights at Nathan Phillips Square on November 29th. The Cavalcade of Lights officially kicks off the holiday season with the lighting of the official Christmas Tree of Toronto. Entertainment also included musical performances, a DJ ice skating party, and a huge fireworks display.

Snapz traditional booths are ideal for events with thousands of people in attendance as the machines are solid and can not be knocked over by enthusiastic crowds. The machines also print in 9 seconds making the wait use shorter than that of the average booth company.

Snapz booths can be set up outside in all sorts of weather conditions for extended periods of time. In 2013 a Snapz booth was set up outside for three weeks for the Toronto Xmas Market. The machine was weather proofed so it would not be affected by moisture and cold conditions.
